Our Winter Cellar
Red wines and white wines with an antipode aspect feature strongly within our cellar this winter, spare a thought for the grapes growing now, in the full south summer sun, the warming rays encouraging the flavours and sugars needed to produce new vintages for us to enjoy in the not too far future, but, least not forget, their northern neighbours now snug in the vineyard cellars bubbling away, they too are mere moments away from our enjoyment.
